Thanks for visiting the CSIM website. We seek to provide tools and a dialogue to help promote better care for Internal Medicine patients. In addition to this website, the CSIM publishes a quarterly medical journal (The Canadian Journal of General Internal Medicine), hosts regional and national scientific meetings, and has a number of advocacy initiatives.
While your surfing, don’t forget to checkout the pop-up menu system in the left sided menu bar. This hierarchical menu system contains links to over 150 journals, websites, clinical calculators, medical schools, and other medical organizations. We want to make accessing pertinent information as easy as possible, by providing most of the pertinent medical links that an internist might use in clinical practice. Obviously we cannot purchase a subscription for all the journals we link to, but we can take the bookmarking out of your medical surfing.
